Bids Kenya
Prohibited items
Bids Kenya is for genuinely pre-owned items. These rules protect buyers and honest sellers.

- Mobile phones: new, used or refurbished.
- Items misrepresented as used, or with misleading specifications.

- Items the seller cannot legally transfer.
Extra review
- Ambiguous devices such as tablets, smartwatches and laptops with cellular modems are reviewed by an administrator and declined unless clearly eligible.
- Items where it is unclear whether they are genuinely used or retail stock.
If a listing breaks the rules
- An administrator can reject, suspend or remove it, with a clear reason on record.
- Repeated violations lead to account suspension.
- Stolen or counterfeit goods may be reported to law enforcement, with evidence preserved.
